Day Program

Community Supportive Services supports and contracts with individuals under the Family Caregiver Act. The Family Caregiver Act allows a person, already funded to receive residential services, to receive their services in a place of their choice and by a person of their choice.

Community

 Community Supportive Services Adult day service centers provide a place outside the home for adults of all ages and with all types of disabilities to be active in the community, socialize with their peers, and receive needed health and personal care services. Additionally, participation in an adult day program allows time for caregivers to work outside the home, and attend to their own needs or the needs of other family members.

Employment

Community Supportive Services has opportunities to employ Clients with special needs, to work in the surrounding communities, providing job skills training in everyday work environments.
